What is the best way to convince someone to quit smoking?

and my sister smokes (like a chimney!) and I love it that he would die if anything happened to her (no kidding), so I know that smoking is bad for you and your commandments, because it hurts the lungs and well but just not going to listen What can I do / say to convince her to quit?! thanks in advance and Happy New Year!
