weight loss after smoking cessation
Insulin resistance, smoking = weight gain? = Termination Loss Weight?
There are about two years, took a cigarette, and started doing a lot of weight quickly. Do not overeat or something, and I am physically active. I resigned before in the past and had lost weight not is the average response, but I wondered if there was a link between insulin resistance and smoking? I IR, but you can make a difference if I resign? Will I lose weight when I do? And most people with IR experience weight loss when you quit smoking? If anyone can answer this question, it would be more useful. I keep thinking if I resign, I'm losing weight and my body responds better to the insulin and then I could achieve my goal, but if I'm wrong, then I want to know too. =) I hope that that means I'll lose weight. I work a lot, and I seem to lose as much weight as I am now I smoke …… I hope to get out. Anyone have a situation similar to that? and what were the results?
Yes, if you leave, you lose weight.
