nc smoking ban
What are your thoughts on the issue of the smoking ban?

Although I am not a smoker, non-smoking bothers me and I PPL, who never liked to smoke around me, but have been known to "tolerate" it. (I married a few years ago smoker, not married), I realized here in the state of North Carolina, there are many restaurants you can smoke inside restaurants Bannin! PPL is also tryin to adopt legislation to prohibit Smokin PPL in the presence of children in your car! What is your opinion?

As a non-smoker, I see several things. First, note that there is a general air radical intolerance throughout the United States smoking is not against the law. In fact, cigarettes are sold in almost every store you go. I even had someone suggest Smoking parents are denied visits because it is a smoker … such as not smoking during the marriage, pregnancy, lactation, or before that person was married to a smoker. Go figure. The rule seems to be now: "If you do not like, no one should be allowed to do." This is intended not only to smokers. Something as simple as Christmas is now under attack. The same people who do not like Christmas, which says: "If you do not like a TV, change channels." Of course, if not celebrate Christmas, all may simply not look at the decor. They will argue that the government and the decoration should be removed from any place where you can see. Why People who celebrate Christmas are forced to live in an atheist? Atheists have no more rights to a visually pleasing environment as Christians? I am in agreement with the person who says they have more right to breathe clean air that a smoker does not enjoy smoking. If I did not smell of cigarette smoke, I move out of areas that are designated smoking areas. Smokers have the right smoking. And if they only do so in designated areas that have first preference. Have you ever wondered why people complain about smoking and How secondhand smoke can kill, but never complain about the establishments that serve alcohol. Many of these drinkers had to go home, and many of them have had enough alcohol to weaken. They can kill us or our families, much faster than second-hand smoke can. Of course, many people like to drink, is well. My wife and I have never been smokers. It was found that former smokers appear to have as much problem with people who do. We have had several conversations on the subject. Both wonder if former smokers make more noise, because they must have an opportunity to tell the world how proud they are of themselves to stop smoking. Perhaps a small box of sour grapes against people who are still enjoying. I have friends who are smokers. When you are invited into our home, an ashtray is placed on the porch rear to enjoy their perfectly legal habit. In winter is celebrated on smoking in our heated garage. I have no desire to control the habits of a someone else, not interested in thought or act like me. Instead of attacking or being rude to people who are something that is perfectly legal, tough luck against Smokers need to gather the snuff industry were closed. I'm not interested in living in a world where everyone thinks, acts, looks, or not as I do. I think Hitler showed that does not work. I believe that individual institutions should decide whether to allow smoking without government intervention. The decision should be theirs because it is your business and your income. I'm not a big fan of smelling cigarette smoke while I eat. I'm just not interested in forcing people who are not afraid of being like me. If an establishment allows smoking, and I feel like the smell, I can change channels … go elsewhere. As for smoking in cars with children. What is the point? Is it correct that "we" I did not see? Parents who smoke with children in his car, also smoke with children in their homes. Save the children 10 minutes drive is not something sacred to them. Really need to question our willingness to engage the government in any movement or thought. Then we wonder why the economy is in bad condition, for example When we asked another unnecessary program must pay the mega-salaries of the celebrant. My two cents.
